runtime error 216 and kbdc.dll file

Hi,

I believe I have a virus of some sort. I have run RegRun Reanimator & it has located the file kbdc.dll but it cannot delete it? I have also run my antivirus software McAfee but it has not detected it. Neither has Stinger, Adaware or Spybot.

I keep getting the error 'runtime error 216 at 041B39A2' when using internet explorer & every now & then i get a pop up taking me to various websites.

I have run Hijackthis & have attached the log file (below) but I dont know where to go from here? Can anyone help me?
