saving file format issues

when trying to save a download jpg or jpeg file Only getting the option of saving in either bitmap or art file format which is incompatible for opening Seeking information on how to change settings or include jpeg and jpg file saving option when right clicking to save

Perhaps you can paste the jpeg file in paint and then saving it in the format you want?
