i dont know what it is i dont know where it is,something installing,so computer wont let me install anything untill that is installed CONFUSED god i am tried restore but now cant get my printer to work and yes you guessed it can not install it could do with some one helping by remote controll

Try posting a HijackThis log in the malware section mate, someone can check it for a virus, sounds like it might be that? also Will has a point try restarting it.

i have restarted it,i dont know what you mean (hijack) sorry,i have tried deleting files i think it could be to do with my contacts sync will not delete everytime i delete this file the internet closes down,contact sync is to do with my mobile phone i hope you can understand me thanks x
