hi. wondering if anyone can help with the nightmare i'm having with a friends pc.
was called to take a look after they lost their desktop wallpaper and Norton was reporting a trojan in a windows\tglrnq.dat file.

after reading a few forums i was able to remove the WP.exe file and WP.bmp image, deleted the registry keys responsible (after making a backup) and was able to restore the wallpaper.

they still have the tqlrnq.dat message along with lots of others (36 different files during last visit!) either in the windows or system32 directories. I think the file name must be changing, as i've run, and had the all-clear from, many spyware/adware removal programs.

want i've run so far:
Ad-Aware SE Personal with Ad-Aware VX2 Cleaner Plug-In
CCleaner
Spybot - Search & Destroy
SpywareBlaster
McAfee AVERT Stinger
CWShredder
Kill2me
about:Buster
HSRemove

i tried to run both Trend Micro's Free Online Virus Scan and Symantec Security Check (Online) but both crashed before finishing. Norton on their PC doesn't show anything when it scans.

So...thats what i've done so far. The problem is, what do i do next?

Here's the latest HJT log:
