No. We'll get rid of that and your other junkware. The WildTangent folder is most likely hidden. To start off I strongly recommend you uninstall "Messenger Plus" through the control panel.

Third party MSN Messenger extension that hides banner ads and adds archiving and other useful features. Appears not to work unless checked, but may be activated after startup. Not recommended as it includes Lop.com - see here

Next, reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files and folders, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\Program Files\MyWay\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\WinTools\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\zSearch\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\TV Media\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\WildTangent\ <-- This Folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\gjvuqbwn.exe <-- This File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msgked.exe <-- This File

After that, download this file, run, and let terminate (it won't appear to have done much <_< ):

Finally, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

I did what you said in Safe Mode, but I couldn't find WildTangent, zSearch or msgked.exe. Should I continue to do what you said?

Make sure you are viewing hidden files. If you can't find them, then continue with what I said, and we'll delete those files a different way (if needed).

Yeah I did what you said. There's a bunch of backups on my desktop. Should I delete them. I'm still getting the WildTangent thing at the start and something called nwiz.exe that's telling me that it couldn't start and is asking me to send an error report. <_<

It looks like their is at least one trojan/virus on your system. You need to run these virus/trojan scanners:

The Cleaner (trojan scan):

Houscall online Anti-Virus scan:
http://housecall.tre.../start_corp.asp

Remove everything they both find, restart, and post a new HJT log. :D

The next step will be fixing those startup error messages and deleting what is left of the junkware on your pc, making your pc run like new. <_<

P.S. You will be glad you didn't bring it to the repair (reformat) shop, look at this:

I deleted the first and last files you gave me, but I couldn't find:

I'm guessing they're already uninstalled/deleted.

I did not understand at all the second thing:

To disable ctfmon.exe:

P.S.: The nwiz.exe error is gone. THANKS SOOO MUCH! But the wildtangent is still there. It says, "Error loading C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll
The specified module could not be found." It also says RUNDLL at the top. There is no WildTangent folder, and it's not hidden.

P.P.S.: Windows is telling me to update, probably cuz I reinstalled it a few times to get back the taskbar. Should I update now, or wait, or do the second thing, or not update?

I know we're sounding like a broken record here, but please follow these instructions exactly, being careful not to miss anything. <_< We've repaired infections like yours many times, and it will work if done correctly.

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use).

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.
