Alright, heres the situation.

My audio works great with AUDIO only files (mp3, wav, ETC)

But when it comes to Video, the sound crackles a little or a lot (the latter is usually decreased by simply pausing the video, and then resuming).

I dont get it.

My video card and integrated sound thing doesnt share IRQ's. AND I even changed the latency of my graphics card to the same as the audio.

Didn't work.

Any ideas?
