I keep getting a pop up saying:
Error Loading C:\windows\system32\jddqapte.dll
Does anyone know what this dll is, what it does, is it needed, if so how do I get it back, If not how do i get rid of the error pop up..

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

Hi Kat, and thankyou, I had already done all of what is on the page you send me to, because I had the virtumondo thingy, (malware, adware?)...my computer came up clean after running those thing like 3 more times just to make positive, I do recognize that particular file as being deleted with the virtumondo, but don't know if that file is an important file or if it was part of the virtumondo, If it was part of the virtumondo, then I just need to know how to get that pop up error window, or does that mean I might still have something?
