Plz can someone help me. About a week ago whenever i logged onto any1s user it came up with the message "the Auto-Protect Driver could not be loaded.plz restart you computer. I did this and it still came up wit the same message. Also at the same point on Norton Internet Security all the settings are off or disabled but no1 can change them as it has stopped any1 being the adminstrator. I would be very greatful if some1 can help me wit this as it costs 18 pounds to ring Norton.

I am running Windows Xp .
