Try removing all traces of it from your computer. We'll go from there.

i removed Hide My IP but cant remove Hide My IP 2007 folder..

Alright, the files are probably still in use. We'll look at that later. Please download and run WinSock XP Fix. Click the Fix button to run the fix. Restart and report back with an updated system status.
