I've had Windows Live Messenger for about a year now but recently its been signing out constantly although my internet is still working. I've recently installed a few antispyware programs and I'm wondering if they're causing the problem. If anyone could help it would be great.

Hi roobyroob.

A good approach to these kinds of problems is to undo the last few things you've done to see if they are causing the problem, so in this case, yes, uninstall them one at a time and see which one, if any, is the culprit.
