I have windows xp home and I have recently been experiencing an issue while turning on my PC.

Getting page fault in non paged area. My computer will reboot fine, but if i completely turn it off, im lucky to get it to come back on because it doesnt even want to reboot in safe mode either. I

Is there anyway to fix this? Do you need more info?

A page fault in non-paged area error is usually caused by hardware issues, though I have seen it caused by people who think its a good idea to put two or more anti-virus programs on a computer and then wonder why neither of them work. Some programs can cause this as well, in particularly older ones.
