can't download anything

i just rest my settings and now Everytime i try to download something a screen pops up when it finishes saying roughly the setup cannot find something on my hardware or software then it happens when i try to download thing to stop it this didn't happen before i rest please help me

Wow, talk about vague!

You need to supply us with some real information for us to have any chance of helping you.

What did you reset, what is the EXACT error message you are getting. What THINGS are you trying to download?
