Hi, I need help involving an application error with explorer.exe when I access the 'My Videos' folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Videos. About 15 seconds after I view the folder in Explorer I get a message saying:

"explorer.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x0567c3e3" referenced memory at "0xffffffff". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program"

Also I simultaniously get the common error message:
"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
. . and asks me if I would like to send the error report or not.

Obviously, any option I choose still closes Windows Explorer which prevents me from viewing my files in the "My Videos" folder.

Can anyone help me here? any help is greatly appreciated

Specs:
OS: Windows XP Media Center Edition v.2002 SP2
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ @2.0GHz
Memory: 1GB of RAM
Graphics: Radeon X800XT 256MB

This is actually quite a common problem for any View settings other than "List" or "Details."
Try changing the "View" in that folder. What result?
