Whenever I start my laptop, I get this screen asking me which OS I want to use.
The reason for this is because I re-installed XP but didn't format my partitioned space.
I'm wondering how to delete one of them because one of them isn't functioning correctly, hence the re-installation of XP.
Also, my laptop is going extremely slow and I believe this is the reason.

Can anybody help me delete this other OS so I can go through 2 minutes without my laptop freezing?

Go to your System Properties

• Click the start button
• Select control panel
• Click the tab for "Advanced"
• Click the button for "Settings" in the Startup and Recovery section.

Here you can set the how long that menu displays for, "0" doesnt display the menu. Or you can click the "Edit" button and alter the boot.ini file yourself, which can disable your boot up if you're not careful.
The second Operating system that you see can be removed (Deleted, right click on the one to be removed and select Delete), but it is not causing your computer to be slow.
I would suggest that you read this.
