Hi

When i switch on my laptop, a process from my anti virus is slowing down the system. The anti virus is F-Secure and its process is fssm32.exe.

Is that normal, or can I do anythin to prevent it?

Thanks before hand :)

If an anti-virus is slowing down your system performance, switch to another program.

I would recommend using ONE of the following:

- Antivir
- AVG Free
- Avast

Hope this helps. :)

Both AVG, and Avast offer the home version for free.
Some anti-virus programs slow down a system.
You can fix this by adding a lot more memory.
