Monitoring System?

anygeek can recommend a good program to monitor changes that happen to system after running file or app
I want someone can save all changes(file, folders, reg...) for (modification, creating, deleting, changing attribute ......)
and put them in a log file

any suggestion would be apperciated

About registry changes, I believe Spybot Search and Destroy can do that. Not sure about the other changes.

Take a look at the utilties from SysInternals. Regmon and Filemon may be what you are looking for. A lot of handy tools and they are free.

but was looking for something new like this total uninstall 4

I don't know what I can say.....the link is very helpful.....but I told you when I used total uninstall..just for logs of changes that happen to system when I run any app or file
