desktop warning message_ need help pls

hi, well from today i have on my desktop something that i can't remove...some kind of window with message:warning you're in danger... pls help me
i allready tried with spywareblaster,spybot s&d,ad aware,csw shredder,but that annoying message is still there on my desktop

Appears the evildoer has gone and just left you a little present.

Start, Control Panel, Display (Properties), Web and you should see a box named Security. Uncheck it. OK. You can also just uncheck the box that says Show Web Content on My active Desktop OK.
