i can't open my MY DOCUMENTS folder

i dont know what happened...

whenever i try opening the MY DOCS folder, it says "ONE OF YOUR DISKS ARE INCONSISTENT...."

what does this mean?

i tried running the virus scan (Kaspersky) but it detected no virus.. help me please...
