Tons of Pos. files on C drive, computer freezing

Please help i have 1000s of Pos. files on my C drive. I also get are pop up on I.E. and my computer freezs alot :)

That sounds like the Vundo file infecter, you should read the Sticky topics in the Malware Removal forum and follow their steps.
