i hvn't been able to go to sites like google and yahoo.i think the problem is with my modem because i remember i could go to those sites with my wireless connection but some1 uninstall'd it .Everytime i go to google and sies like that i get the page cannot be displayed error and i have tried using firefox and still get error.I have also try to delete my cookies and stuff still no hope.So can some1 help me and thank u 4 your time

Try unplugging your modem for a bit. Plug it back in and try it once more.

(I am assuming you have an external cable modem)

Start> Network Connections. What do you see there? Is your wireless connection listed? I don't think you have a browser problem, it sounds like you are not online.
