OuterInfo / Virtumonde

Hi Guys / Gals:

Need some help with OuterInfo and possibly Virtumonde. I have used several free spyware scanners (SuperAntiSpyware, AGV, Spybot, Webroot) all of which found infections on my machine and quarantined them. I even have a full version of Spyware Doctor installed and registered. OuterInfo browser windows open routinely while I am online. I also have some strange things happening with Explorer - Windows popup claims Explorer is being shutdown to protect my computer. No sure where to go from here.

I am attaching a log from SuperAntiSpyware and my HijackThis log. I have Combofix install but did not run it - a little concerned about the ComboFix startup message saying my PC could crash as a result.

I would appriciate any help you could provide.
