Has anyone TRULY removed nail.exe?

I have followed numerous posts here and in other forums. Most recommend similar advice, only to have nail.exe reappear over and over. I have yet to see anyone truly say their system is now clean of this *#&$^# file. I have tried approximately 10 different programs multiple times to try to clean this user's machine and it just won't die, so all I want to know is has anyone definitively cleaned this file off and kept it off? If so, PLEASE POST THE SOLUTION!

ewido security suite worked for me:

but I also did some deleting in safe mode and poking around in Registry, so that may have been part of the solution...
