So i just had the fiber optic line run at home and it will not work with Explorer or Firefox on my desk top. the lap tops work great. The desk top is wireless with the 2wire and it is working fine. We are getting the ping back from web sites but the pages will not load on either explorer or firefox. I loaded firefox after explorer was not working so it is new. i had three at&t tech guys here working on it but they are only allowed to do so much. between them and myself we have tried what seems like everything and the wireless will just not link up with explorer or firefox. diagnostics say that both are working properly so there has to be something (probably simple) i am overlooking. Any ideas?
