Ok this is my problem and a pain in the bum it has turned out to be.

When i go onto certain website's like Myspace or such the like or play games like Rise of Nations my computer freezes, you can still hear the music but everything else just stops and the only thing you can move is the mouse.

When you do move the mouse and start clicking everywhere, a beep is heard from the computer and the monitor turns black for a second and then everything goes back to normal for a while, until it happens again.

This whole thing is getting extremely annoying so i was wondering can anyone please help me with it.

Many Thanks.

Sounds like not enough video card memory for the games.

Do you know how much memory your video uses?
Is it a video card like a modem or plugs into the built-in part of the back of the computer?

Hi Hidden, welcome to G2G.

The first thing to do is to download and install the latest driver for your video card.

Post the make and model of your computer.

If it's not a OEM like Dell, post the make and model of the mother board if it's integrated or the make and model of the PCI/AGP/PCIE card otherwise.

You can find this information by installing Everest Home Edition.

This is the main driver page for that board: http://tw.giga-byte....?ProductID=1704

I would try the Chipset driver since the video is integrated, see if that helps.
