Also, I should have stated that it appears to have SP2 installed.

Opinion on:
I would recommend that you disable tap to click. It causes more problems than it's worth. Get used to using the buttons like a regular mouse and you'll be better off.

I really like the tap feature. I had one of the L2000 mdls. that was stolen last week and it had an on/off button just above the pad that would allow you to disable the pad when you needed to. My problem here is that often the buttons (left) alsong with the pad will not pickup an object and drag it. I will try the updated driver when I gain access to highspeed back at work (I only have dialup here at the house).
