Ok... I have done all the above steps and all is well. I went to install Spybot S & D. I remember having this on my old computer years ago but i remember removing it too I cant remember why. But I think it slows my computer down a bit. Anyway, I also went and updated my trendmicro which i was spose to do a wee while ago but never did it however my email had been sitting there in a folder. So I upgraded from 2007 to 2008 and did a scan etc. I had to uninstall spybot tho requested by trendmicro and i havent bothered to reinstall it. Not sure if i should use it or not.

Other than that everything has and is running faster and better now. I have done another hijack this log for you to check if everything still looks good.
