I have generally been able to get my malware taken care of without posting HJT logs, but I can't figure this one out. While browsing the web on my wife's computer, she will get popups, especially for "dirty system" etc, and oddball sites will open (in other windows) like some IQ thing, subscription offer, etc. Not sure if it is the same problem, but the current window also loses the focus about once a minute. I have run AVG, AdAware, TrendMicro several times each and have popups disabled on IE.

sorry to keep you waiting. i can see some malware on your machine, but lets do a deeper scan of your machine for me to analyse.

(if your problem has already been resolved, could you just let me know so that i an move onto other logs to help others, thanks)

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

you may need to post the logs over 2 replies to ensure all the information is posted.
