I am having trouble hearing wma files and most trouble shooting answers state that I need to go to control panel then "hardware & sound". My control panel doesn't have "hardware and sound." What is this about? HAs anyone else run into this problem? :)

I'm going to assume you're on the classic control panel view.

Open the control panel and on the left side of the window click 'Control Panel Home'. You will now see the Hardware & Sound option.
