Excel Help : About Name option under insert menu

I know first solution you guys will tell me to search in net or read help menu of excel. But friends...i did everything but not understanding yet.....

Can anyone explain what purpose we use those option which mentioned below image

The first one..." Define" that i understand..but where we will use paste, creat, apply, label ????

"You can use the labels of columns and rows on a worksheet to refer to the cells within those columns and rows." From the online help.
Anyway the options are self explanatory. Paste is when you use Cut & Paste, Create is to make new names , Apply is to apply existing details to selected cells, and Label controls what they're called.
