Another log people from my main PC, all help much appreciated. All that is wrong is my connection is so slow but fine when i plug my laptop in.

P2PNetworking through Add/Remove Programs. If/when asked whether you also want to remove Altnet components, say 'Yes'.
P2P Networking is a totally useless Kazaa add-on, and it's been reported to be responsible for serious system slowdowns.

Also uninstall Messenger Plus

Third party MSN Messenger extension that hides banner ads and adds archiving and other useful features. Appears not to work unless checked, but may be activated after startup. Not recommended as it includes Lop.com - See Here

and SpywareSweeper
It might sound sarcastic, but trust me. SpySweeper is a unstable and dangerous spyware removing program. It is the cause of many pc problems. We only recommend Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D.

Next, reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files and folders, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\Program Files\VVSN\ <-- This Folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe <-- This file (RealOne Player spyware)
C:\Program Files\BT Broadband\Help\bin\matcli.exe <-- This File

After that, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
