I have an dell inspiron 2650 and when first turned on you can hear the fans kick on but a few seconds later it shuts off. Has any one heard of this with other laptops. Thanks

I have tried it with the batterry out and plugged into a power sourse. No matter what I do It won't stay on long enough to even go into setup.

My Dell Inspiron had the same problem. After getting it checked, it turned out to be a problem with the motherboard or something like that.

There seems to be a power issue and it might boil down to the mobo. Thanks
