Pinnacle Studio 11.1 problems

I am trying to convert a tape from the tape to a DVD, but when we get ready to edit, the audio is not matched with the video. We have been up to our eyes with tech support, so i turn to you guys. We are capturing through the Pinnacle 500-pci and the video is being captured through Realtech HD card

Help is much appreciated
