My network is all connected to a router which is pretty much all working fine all the lights i need are flashing but the downside is my internet suddenly pauses and stops sending and recieving. I've tryed pretty much everything to get it to work but i cant get my head around how to fix it. Its going at 100mbps and doesn't change from that speed and it always says i am connected.

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
This sounds like a loose connection.
Please check all of your cables.
Try a different ethernet cable and see if the issue is resolved.
