Virmunode [RESOLVED]

Hi, my computer was infected my numberous adware, because I noticed i was getting so many pop up =, which is new to me because i have a pop up blocker. So I scanned my computer using Spybot, it showed that i had trojan virmunode (12 of them), Spybot said it removed them but when i rescan virmunde still poped up, so reomved the software and tried Spydoctor, it showed i still had virmunode (12) and it said it removed them, but when i rescan Spydoctor it stills hows that i had virmunde...I was very frustated, I removed that software. I visted your website it mentioned using Virmunde Fix, so i tried that it showed i had virmundo and that it safely removed it but when i rescan it i still had virmundo (i scanned it numberous time) so i tried the the next step that your website mention to do if virmudefix didn't work, it was not help either, then i saw that u guys recommend AVG spyware remover, so I tried that it showed that I had virmunde and it said it removed it (the virmunde was infect in mjigg.exe file and couple of others) so i rescan not trusting what it said and no more virmunde showed up, now it has been 4 days and AVG scan doesn't detect virmunde anymore, so I guess it worked. however after AVG go rid of my virmunde now my computer is running exetremely slow online and offline. I have no more pop up like before so maybe virmunde really is gone. but i doin't know why my computer is running slow. i tried numberous free resgistry cleaner to clean up my PC, that hasn't worked, i wanted to restore my computer but I can't so that but it won't let me go to january log just fenrury and in feb there is no restore point!!! So please help me, i'm literallly go online now in safe mode because my computer runs less slower than without the safe mode!! help will b deeeply apprecited!!! I attached my hijack log

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Close HiJackThis.

THEN

Please download the OTMoveIt2 by OldTimer.

Save it to your desktop.
Please double-click OTMoveIt2.exe to run it.
Copy the file paths below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose Copy):

Return to OTMoveIt2, right click in the "Paste List of Files/Folders to be Moved" window (under the light blue bar) and choose Paste.
Click the red Moveit! button.
Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar) to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
Close OTMoveIt2

If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

FINALLY FOR NOW

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.

**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
Close any open browsers.
Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Hi, so i did the combofix, i turned off all my virus/spyware, at the end the combofix did fix files and deleted some and then it autoimatically rebooted the computer. I can't get a log of what it removed, I did the hijack afterwards so here is the results. So you know there still no difference, my computer is still extremely so that I'm still in safe mode again

I hate it when my computer get infected!! hope u could still help thanks

Hey essexboy I wanted to thank you sooooooooo much, my computer is back to normal, its not slow anymore...I noticed this the day after I did the step u suggested to me, so thank you so much agaion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

Double click OTMoveIt once again and you should see a CleanUp! button, press that button, you may get prompted by your firewall that OTMoveIt wants to contact the internet, allow this, a cleanup.txt will be downloaded, a message dialog will ask you if you want to proceed with the cleanup process, click Yes. This will delete all the tools you have downloaded plus itself

Now to get you off to a good start we will re-set your restore points so that all the bad stuff is gone for good. Then if you need to restore at some stage you will be clean. There are several ways to reset your your restore point but this is my method:

1. Select Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore.
2. On the dialogue box that appears select Create a Restore Point
3. Click NEXT
4. Enter a name e.g. Clean
5. Click CREATE

You now have a clean restore point, to get rid of the bad ones:

1. Select Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > Disk Cleanup.
2. In the Drop down box that appears select your main drive e.g. C
3. Click OK
4. The System will do some calculation and the display a dialogue box with TABS
5. Select the More Options Tab.
6. At the bottom will be a system restore box with a CLEANUP button click this
7. Accept the Warning and select OK again, the program will close and you are done

SuperAntispyware Run weekly to keep your system clean
