This is my boss' laptop, so I am not sure what he did to get this virus.

I have an icon in my systray that keeps popping up a security warning - Windows Security Alert. Warning! Potential Spyware Operation! Your computer is making uauthorized copies of your system and Internet files. Run full scan now to prevent any unauthorized access to your files! Click here to download spyware remover...

If you select 'Yes' it will take you to "gomyhit.com"

I have run Norton Antivirus in safe mode and SUPERAntiSpyware to clean up a lot, but still have this issue.

I have logs from both HijackThis and ComboFix I will paste in this message. I appreciate all the help you can give me.

HijackThis log:

I was able to get this cleaned so please disregard this issue.

I ran in this order ComboFix, CCleaner, Spybot - Search & Destroy, then SUPERAntiSpyware, and it finally got all of the issues.

I was following the basic cleanup procedures from MajorGeeks.com, hopefully it is not against the rules to post it here:

http://forums.majorg...ead.php?t=35407

If it not appropriate please just delete my postings.

Thanks for providing a site to get help though.

Thanks again and please close this issue.
