I saw this problem posted by another user. seems like it was resolved pretty easily. (the link to that thread is http://www.geekstogo...mp;pid=1162095)

Here's the deal:

I was recently cleaning out old applications I was not using and uninstalling them. Then i ran into the problem.

When the system first boots to Windows, there is immediately a popup that will not go away: bcmwltry.exe - Unable to Locate Component: This application has failed to start because CFGMGR32.dll was not found. Re-installingthe application may fix this problem. [OK] If I click ok or the [x] it will immediately popup again with the exact message.

I ran the file indicated from the previous thread called locatefiles.zip which is designed to find the file CFGMGR32.dll.

The output was as follows:

Fri 02/22/2008 3:30:45.47

"C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\CFGMGR32.DLL" 16896 08/04/2004 03:00 AM
"C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\DLLCACHE\cfgmgr32.dll" 16896 08/04/2004 03:00 AM

What now?
