How can I simplify the list that shows up when you choose Open With (on right click)? There's stuff there I don't even know what it does, so I would never use it to open a file, like "Microsoft Management Console" and "Windows Based Script Host" etc.

If you want to add or remove entries from the context menu you get when you right click on an object, let Google help you:

Add or remove entries from right click menu

Another excellent site is Ramesh's site

It has complete instructions for managing the context-menu entries for files, folders, drives and Namespace objects.

You can also use PC Mags Context Menu Editor
