PC-Cillin - firewall removal

I have a Windows Vista Dell Inspiron 531s. PC-Cillin came pre-installed. I decided to delete the program and managed to delete the program files trend folder as well. However, when I go into the security section it says that Pc-Cillin firewall is running, how can I remove this? I've tried Glarysoft registry cleaner and ccleaner to remove traces, but still no luck.
