Runtime error

Hi, I keep getting a runtime error pop up. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

The error says:

Runtime error
Programfiles/hewlett-packards/digitalimagine/bin/hpqtra08.exe
R6025

Hello clgray75,

That's your HP printer system tray program. You can stop it from starting by doing the following:

Go to Start | Run, type msconfig, and press Enter
In the System Configuration Utility window that appears, click the Startup tab
Clear the checkbox for the hpqtra08.exe entry, click Apply, and then click OK

Restart your computer and you should get a message telling you that msconfig has been customized. Just check the option to not show the message again and click OK.
