Couple of days ago we noticed an icon on our desktop with malware crush, I restored system, icon disappered but as I was suspected it was not that easy. I installed AVG antivirus and it showed trojan sheur.akjj, then I think it was AVG antispy ware that showed me Downloader.agent. ij and tracking cookie. netflame. Any way the last program that I used was SyperAnti Spy and it was still showing two infected objects. Here are my logs from different programs.

There are couple of other issues with the computer I am not sure if it has anything to do with virus or it is separate but it may shut down on its on from time to time. And sometimes if you try to restart the system it would not turn the screen on it would be just black, so we have to turn it off for couple of minutes and the try again. It started may be about 6 months ago. So I am not sure if

Hi there and sorry for the delay - If I may have a fresh look at your system

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

I am afraid I am not be able to do that. This morning that thing started making ticking noise and we are not able to start it at all. We have Averatec and something is ticking terribly loud on the bottom right coner. Before I shut it down it had a message that it was removing (or somthing like that) physical memory. ? :)

OK it sounds like you have more of a hardware problem now. First I would recommend cleaning the inside to clear any overheating problems

There is a good article here http://www.informati...icleID=60403472 if that helps then come back and I will see what else I can suss out for you
