hello everyone!im new to this site and iam not too computer fancy.please bare with me on this..i have windows xp and the problem im having has been going on for 3 weeks now..i get a gray screen that goes into blue with white lines on both colors..i turn it off and on over and over again and maybe it might come on as it has this time again..just scared to turn my lap top off.awful..sometimes tappn on the screen or anywere works.but i have ran hijack this now and im posting it here i seen in it theres crawler even after i have uninstalled this tool bar!please help!
