Installing a Gamebridge, blue screens on restart.

i plug it in to my computer, get the drivers and install the software, then i goto restart, and the blue screen happens and shows DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, i restart and the software it came with to capture the video doesnt recognize the gamebridge... any help?
