help on a motherboard

I ordered the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R, it was back ordered and now it has been discontinued.
I am wondering if anyone knows of a good replacement.

I am mostly looking for:
8 SATA ports and 3 PCI slots
less than $200 if possible, no SLI/Crossfire
prefer to buy it in NCIX.com so that I don't have to cancel my order

I am at a loss because I have not done any overclocking so I don't know which one to choose (I might try OC'ing in the future).

Case - Coolermaster CM 690 Mid Tower
Processor - Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Graphics Card - BFG 8800 GT OC 512MB
RAM - Mushkin HP PC2-6400 2GB
PSU - Corsair CMPSU-620HX Power Supply
Hard drive - WD 250GB and 500GB
DVD Drive - Samsung SH-S203B Black

I'm gonna go with the Gigabyte EP35-DS3R.
