couple of questions:

1. why am i cleaning up files after the system restore?

2. what does system restore actually do? if 2 months from now, i restore it to today, do i lose any updates or files i created in that time?

3. winpatrol has been asking to allow the following to load:
regedit.exe %1
%1 %*
are they okay?

4. should i uninstall the malware program you had me download, since i already have adware and spybot?

5. what about folders such as the following, that are still on my c drive following clean up?

sti.txt
debug.txt

6. is there anything else i can do to make my pc run faster?
