Ok I did everything you said , but I haven't downloaded the spyware stuff just yet

I wanted to ask you if I use Stopzilla, SUPERAnti Spyware and AVG AntiSpyware will I be ok?

Anyway once again, thank you very much for all your help, it is very much appreciated.

I updated my Java
I Used the Moveit Cleanup and it rebooted like you said.
I updated windows
I changed my internet security settings to what you suggested
I downloaded the MPS hosts files
and Lastly I also downloaded Mozilla Firefox.
Everything seems to be working just fine!!
