I did a windows repair that went wrong and had to format my pc. I reloaded windows XP home and it regestered my C and D drive but not my C drive , when it did before. can You Help.

iAppologies, I will explain it better. Before formating and reloading windows XP home, I could access my External hard drive G. (typo I put c before sorry) Now windows is telling me to format my external G drive. The reason for the formating is that I was doing a windows repair amd it stuffed up.
I hope that this explains it better.
regards

Please amend your post - you have referred to the 'C' drive twice - once to say it was ok, then again to say it was not ok. ?? Which is true?
