I have some malware and a trojan virus that I am unable to get rid of: isearch.desktopsearch and something called NSLO.exe

i have run spybot, and ad-aware in safe mode and out - many times- it cleans much but it comes back. I have also run microsoft's beta spyware remover - in and out of safe mode. It runs each night at 2 am and usually finds desktopsearch - says it removes it - but it comes back on each reboot. I run Virusscan and it often finds some trojan called nslo.exe.

I've tried to follow the rules and do things in the right order but I may have missed something.

I will post my log below and appreciate any help you can give me.
Chuck
