Good afternoon all, I need some help figuring this out or fix it. I have laptop and for some reason both network cards stop working. Wireless and wired. its status says it connected however, there are not IP information showing. I did IP config nothing shows. Any idea why this could be?

Lets try a couple things.

Open Control Panel -> Network connections

Right click and disable the wireless adapter.
Make sure the wired is enabled.
Make sure that there is a cable plugged in, and you get link lights on the network card and / or the router.
Right click the wired connection and click repair.

Does it kick out any errors?

Also go to Start -> Run
type: cmd
hit enter
in the black box type: ipconfig/all >c:\ipconfig.txt

Go to My Computer
Click C:\
Open ipconfig.txt
Paste the contents back in another post.
