So my computer is only a few months old. It is a hp notebook with Windows Vista. Since day one it has been extremely loud...Im not sure if that has anything to do with anything but I thought I would mention it.

It also takes AGES to start up...once I log in it takes WAY longer then other computers to load up my desktop and whatnot.

But my real issue is that in the last 3 or so days I have been getting high internet usage warnings. It is like a screen that comes up and tells me I am using ALOT of internet and warns that it may be a "blaster type virus" I have AVG and an expired/unupdated version of Norton, after getting these warnings I ran AVG scans and every time the only thing it came up with was object: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskml.exe result: change status: changed

Just today I was just trying to see something on facebook and playing a game of solitaire when my computer went to blue screen and started a "physical memory dump" then it restarted and asked me if I wanted to start windows normally.

what do I do?!?! thank you SO much in advance!!

Hello, and welcome to Geeks To Go.
I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.
If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Definitely, some infection.

I ran AVG scans and every time the only thing it came up with was object: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskml.exe result: change status: changed

This is normal.
