I have wndsk.dll on my computer and all attempts to delete it have failed.
IOTTEM.dll appears to now be gone (not sure though)

I first noticed problems a few days ago and IE kept shutting down. I have isolated that issue by blocking IE from accessing the internet. BTW I am posting from my server. so I have to scroll lock back and forth.

I have follwed the advice of other threads on the net, but I admit that while I am computer literate I am no expert. I would like some advice on how to proceed on this. The rest of my system is stable and my connections through Outlook do not seem to be affected. all of my other programs are running fine without incident.

any advice would be greatly appreciated
